Liberta Food purchases all its first early harvest cold-pressed EVOO from the latest technology olive oil mills on the Aegean coastal olive groves. We focus on strengthening the positions of farmers practicing organic agriculture, accredited organic olive oil producers, and cooperatives in the agricultural food chain. Liberta Food officially provides through all stages of EVOO production in farming, picking, production, storing, packaging, shipping, and pricing.

Liberta Food always considers the highest quality standards regarding food safety and nutrition and achieves the most important international certifications (ECOCERT) in the food industry. ECOCERT is an organic certification organization, founded in France in 1991. It is based in Europe but conducts inspections in over 80 countries.

Liberta Food prefers sunproof glass and bottle sleeve packaging made of burlap and loom state fabrics not to produce any non-recyclable and polluting solid waste. For food safety reasons, we prefer Guala closure as a component in its olive oil packaging to avoid counterfeited refill attempts, which in many cases lead to dramatic health and legal consequences.
